Panelview Plus SD card question

Hello,

I have a question, can I use the internal SD card for stocking csv recipe files, or it is reserved for firmware and runtime applications? I know I can use an external SD card, but I wanted to know if the internal sd card could be used too.

What would be the path if it can be used?
