S5 siemens module ET 200 imput signal

Hello, i have proble with S5 imput signals, when the plc is in stop mode the signal on imput is ok(on program online),when plc is run mode the imput switch to 0, even if the 24v imput voltage is OK, the led of imput LED light.Cant find the problem HELP!!! Thank you
