Anybody any experience of interfacing a CI873 card in an ABB PLC to an ENBT card in a CLX system? Obviously using Ethernet I/P (CIP) protocol.
ABB are requesting a populated EDS file which is fine if you are interfacing with a Rockwell drive but a CLX PLC. Their Control Builder Software seems to indicate it's possible. The manual is too big to attach but is available (3BSE041586-511_-_en_Compact_Control_Builder_AC_800M_5 1 1_Product_Guide).
Any help really appreciated.
