s5 pg interface

i have try to interface with s5 928 cpu but fail..
I notice that the SI 1 and SI2 led are red...

I have to look for other solution to upload the program for s5 to s7 upgrading..

beside the cpu that is 6ES5 524-3UA15 and 6GK1543 1AA01 ( CP 543 , DP )

my question is, could I use the cp543 to upload the program to my PG ( I notice that the 1st port of cp543 is write "PG". if I can use this port for interface/program upload, how should I do? I still use the standard cable to interface?
