What version of Step 7? What version of Windows 7? If you want clear answers better pose complete questions. Or you can Google for the answer...

I believe you need version 5.5 with SP1 to install on Windows 7 unless you use a VM running XP.

i dont have 5.5 version. how can i install 5.4 on xp ?

I usually double click the setup.exe file and it does the rest for me.
