Abb acs 550

I have a ABB ACS550. I am looking to control this drive via RETA-01 ethernet card by ABB. I have a 1756-L7 controller. I need in addition to the ethernet they want to control the drive locally with a HOA switch. The question is does anyone know if this can be done?

It can and often is done. Choose the Hand/Auto Macro and set up the Hand I/O for your local control devices and set up the Auto I/O for Fieldbus control
