1407-cgcm

Hi,

Anyone know about the AB 1407-CGCM module? As I am still new in this module, and my company use it to regulate the voltage.
However, there is no excitation output with Input 415VAC, step down to 110 VAC.
Is anyone know what is the root cause?

Not sure what series & catalog revision you have but there were some known problems by Rockwell with those modules
many years back.
Check that your module does not fall into the catagory described in this link.
