What parameter must I change in a micromaster to increase motor speed

I have a micromaster 440 inverter connected to a motor. The motor runs at a constant speed but this is too slow. Is there a parameter I can change to increase or decrease the motor speed, and does this need to be saved?

P1082 is max speed
P2000 is ref speed
Increase both and see if that helps
