Is it possible to use the new 1769-aentr module with CLX processors (through 1756-ENBT module) in order to control remote Compact I/O racks? Or this 1769-aentr module is provided for the new CompactLogix processors only?

1734 IO seems like it would be a better solution for this.

Thanks for yours comments.
The point is that i have on site an old CLX processor and CompactLogix system.
I know about 1769-AENTR module, but i do not see any manual for it on the RA site to check the possibility of working with CLX processors.

In my case, I'm trying to use existing 1769 I/O modules as remote racks with existing CLX processors (by Ethernet IP network)
