cru320/cpu320 ..help pls

Hello guys...

I really need some help.. We cant seem to update our 2 pac rx31 cru320. It doesn't seem to connect to the pc. We're using a "standard 9-pin
female to male RS-232 Serial Cable". CPU OK, RUN and OUTPUTS DISABLED are always blinking in unison.
