Help with Sqaure D Modicon

Guys I am an AB guy. I have been tasked with taking some integer data (weights) from a Square D Modicon PLC and getting it into an already established SQL database system. I have never used a Modicon PLC or its associated programming software. If it was AB I could easily handle. The PLC is already on the Ethernet network that the SQL server is on. Do any of you know a way to get this data from the PLC to the SQL server?
