extracting PIDE tag configuration in Excel

Is there a way to export PIDE tag settings into an excel spreadsheet? Also EUMAX,EUMIN etc. This is in RSlogix 5000 .

If not if anyone is familiar with WonderWare Historian Client, Could it be extracted from HISTORIAN.
