Uniop configuration

Hi can anyone help, I have Uniop epad 33b screen, When I load the program using designer 6.10, it transfers all the project, but then fails to start the screen, and sticks in configuration mode, any ideas please
 
I've run into this when there is mismatch between the firmware and the configuration versions. Get the info from the unit and then contact the EXOR support folks.
