S7-1200 Edge trigger

I ve been watched in S7-1200 PLC that Positive and negative instructions has been triggering when Power goes and turns on again for the inputs. How to stop this? and sometimes the M bit holds the data previously occured even after the Power flow in the rung. Does any one facing the same.

hmmmm I think you need to review what a edge trigger is and go back to your question
