GT01-C10R4-8P and lamp does not show once downloaded to Mitsubishi GT1565

Do you have pinouts for this cable?(GT01-C10R4-8P). I searched it on google that this is used to communicate the FX series plc and gt15. Unluckily, I didn't find its pinouts.

Also i have problem when downloading monitor to the hmi. All switches are shown but lamps are not.

Im using gtdesigner2v2 and hmi gt1565 vtba.

Please help.
