Compact Logic Program Missing After controller shutdown

Hi all, Have some issue with the compact logic L32E controller. Each time i turn off the supply, the program went missing and need to re-download back. Have check in the battery and it is ok. Pls help on the solution.Thanks!!!!šŸ™ƒ
