i have esd button (pull button) so the healthy status is bit 1 and when there is emergency shutdown or the wire is cut the bit becomes 0 what the standard that says this issue

How many circuits are wired through the switch and what are they wired to?

If you are only referring to an auxiliary contact of an ESD pull switch, for signalling to a standard PLC, then safety standards don't come into it. Either method may be used. (N.O or N.C.).

Be a little bit more specific please.

Regards
George
