PLC 5 Historgram problem

I have RSLogix 5 and several PLC5 Enhanced processors I program across the Datahwy+ network. When I try to run a histogram on a physical input I get an "error starting historgram" On any Input or output I try to use. I do not have this problem on any of the processors except 1 of them. Any Ideas?
