Hey again,
I'm pretty new to Wonderware InTouch. I am tasked with upgrading a pre-existing WW SCADA. I have their latest project files, but I don't know what version of WW was used to create the project. I don't want to "convert" until I've had a chance to look at the project in its original form (using the correct version of WW).
Is there an easy way for me to find the WW InTouch version associated with a set of project files?
Thanks!
P.S. Is it just me, or is this software awful? I would prefer if the tool had less-abstraction in favor of a more versatile and compatible interface (or "better abstraction"). Wonderware's flagship product is their development software, right? They can and should do better, or else the industry will benefit from phasing them out quickly. </rant>
