As interface in PG is not ready!

Hi Guys,
Many thanks for your help in advance. i am in a remote site and got a problem driving me crazy all day long. i was able to establish an onlline connection to CPU 6ES5928-3UB11. but i couldn't do that with CP SINEC 6GK1 543-0AA01.. the annoying message i get all the time is As interface in PG is not ready.. i am using same TTY cable.
please help me out
