Siemens Website downloads

Anyone having trouble downloading from Siemens (Germany) Website recently? I'm trying to pull the latest copy of ProSave off the site and once I jumped through all the export hoops, it just sits there.....It's not a Anti-Virus software issue as I've learned to turn it off before proceeding with Siemens.

Have you tried an other browser? I have been having issues with Chrome in general..
