Exception Error

I have been having an issues opening RSLogix 5000.

Getting fatal exception error that basically says Exception access violation.. Have tried researching this but have not found anytlhing that has helped. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the software to no avail..

Attached the word doc showing the error messages.

Open the .dmp file with wordpad and see what it says.

What Operating System?
What Version of Logix?
When do you get this error (What are you doing at the time?)
