We are using Micrologix 1500 plc in high temperature furnace where temperature to be reachd is approx 2000 celcius. heaters cant be continuously ON , since there is no analog I/P in CPU , operator wil turn on heater fr every 100 degree increase and switch off fr stabilise for 15 mins and turn on again for another 100 degree increase.I have planned to connect expansion analog module to measure and attain the temperature in automation.which module is apt for this analog module(1769- IF4)[FONT="][/FONT] r temperature module(1769- IR6). how to program the same. please guide me for solving this..
