RS5000 wont download to PLC

Afternoon all

I've got an issue where I am unable to down load to the PLC
I can go online and do online edits, monitor etc, juts not down load

RS 5000 V19.01
PLC L32E Compact logix 5332E

Error message "Unable to down load as RS5000 has not seen the transition from RUN to Program mode"

As soon as I click on the down load button, the PLC does go into prog mode, output are disabled as well

any help appreciated

Try change the mode first, wait until the status updates to program mode, then do the download.
