Hello,

In the module Simatic 6ES7 331-7KF02-0AB0, there are connected four PT100 sensors.
All sensors show about 2 degrees too much (observed in the OP7 panel connected to the plc, and compared with the reference sensor).

I want to make temperature adjustments indicated on the panel op7, but I can not.
I only have to program the PLC, but I do not have a program to OP7.
OP7 probably read the temperatures directly from the peripheral inputs in the PLC (Piw304,...).
In the PLC program, analog inputs PIW are not transfered to a data block or markers word. In OP7 there are probably tags PIW304,....PIW316 for read data directly from analog inputs.

Is there any way to adjust the temperatures indicated on the OP7 ???

check if 3 wires are connected, 2 wire systems have some offset (cable resistance)
do you set the correct sensor as there is a difference between euro and japanese (0.0385 0.0392

I connected one of the sensors as 4-wire (instead of 3-wire).
And now, the maximum measurement error for this sensor decreased from 2.5 degrees Celsius to 0.4 degrees Celsius

you must tell the card what type of measurement is used.
and 4 wire mean that you have the connectins very close to te sensor.
0.4 celsius= 2 meter thin cable.
same in three wire. if you connect it close to the card you will see this 2.5 as the resistance of the cable is counting.
and yes you can use a offset just by subtracting 25 from the value.
