Tags from Factorytalk and PB32

Hi, guys.
I have some tags address are exceed the slots I have.
(N760/14 binary input). I only have up to 9 slots for each line. But it request the 14th slot. How does it match into the tag list?

And almost 100 tags doesn't link to any function on displays. Is that normal?
