RSView32 - line I can't erase

Hello. I'm working on a RSView32 .gfx that was started by a someone who moved elsewhere.

There are three yellow lines on the page that I can't delete. Specifically I can't select the lines to delete them. It's like they're part of the background.

Please advise.
