MOXA AWK 5222-EU wireless switch

Hello Friends,

please I am trying to configure a moxa switch Awk 5222, The manual says the web manager is 192.168.127.253,i have set my computer IP to 192.168.127.6, but its still not connecting.
It has a MAC address of 00.90.E8.25.19.5A.
I have tried to use AWK search utility software but it cannot detect it.It has an RS-232 console, but i do not know how to go about it.
Please your help will be appreciated.
