Using Zelio Smart Relay SR3 B261FU I want to perfrom the following sequence for cleaning milk tank
pump and agitator used for spraying water through tank insides

Screenshot_3_31_2015_8_42_00_PM.png

Usually the washing program for milk cooling tanks consists of 5 washing cycles.

1. Cold water
2. Hot
3. Hot + Detergent/Acid
4. Hot
5. Hot

At least this is how we do it but sometimes some of the cycle can be skipped.
The easiest way to program this type of procedure in Zelio is by using SFC.

it's needed to be :

1- hot + cold for short time then drain
2- hot + cold for short time then drain
3- hot + acid for nearly 15 mins then drain
4- hot + cold for short time then drain
5- hot + cold for short time then drain

Got it....after I get that down payment and you sign the contract, I'll get right on it.....

We don't do people's work for them here. We help people and point them in the right direction...If you came to get someone else to spend their time and effort to do something for you for free, you've lost your mind.

This sequence deacription does not match your timing diagram.
1- hot + cold for short time then drain
2- hot + cold for short time then drain
3- hot + acid for nearly 15 mins then drain
4- hot + cold for short time then drain
5- hot + cold for short time then drain

Timing diagram says:
01. Hot and Cold water Valves ON for 5 minutes;
02. Pump and Agitator Contactor ON for 2 minutes;
03. Drain Valve ON for 2.5 minutes;
04. Hot Water Valve and Acid Valve ON for 15 minutes;
05. Pump and Agitator Contactor ON for 15 minutes;
06. Drain Valve ON for 3 minutes;
07. Cold Water Valve ON for 5 minutes;
08. Pump and Agitator Contactor ON for 2 minutes;
09. Drain Valve ON for 3 minutes;
10. Cold Water Valve ON for 3 minutes;
11. Pump and Agitator Contactor ON for 1 minutes;
12. Drain Valve ON for 2 minutes;

Which version is correct: Your description, or the timing diagram?
