Facorytalk View ME 8 Error

Hi
I have big issues with this. I have done a reinstall but don't know if there is a clean up tool

After reinstall, error is still there

When I open any project I get the attached errors list screenshot

Any advice is welcome, thanks

1 - your service isn't starting. Check Rockwell Services and make sure they are set to automatic, or start them manually if needed. Secondly, looks like a DCOM error.

2 - Verify the installation instructions for configuring DCOM settings

i have given up and installed it all again into a vm beause i need to be onsite on Tuesday. Was all working fine last week until Friday...strange
