hai guys

i have a question to all ...which i think i not related to PLC

recently i been working install weighing indicator model IND320 industrial weighing terminal..brand mettler toledo..

question i had hook up this device to printer hp laser jet 1120.
problem is i unable to connect to printer in other unable to print..
i follow using rs232 portocol which given on manual..

can any1 guide me or tell me if i had done mistake..
