Hello all. Well, it's been a rough week with multiple issues with my Studio 5000 and FTV software. It seems like they want me to delete it all and start over (right in the middle of a massive project)! Ugggh. OK-that was my rant.
My real question (first Kinetix servo project) is where to look for good instruction on fault words/bits? The AXIS_CIP_DRIVE tag has like 200 faults and status bits? I'm looking for a good instrction that describes what the heck they all do and maybe a generic word to monitor that says "drives faulted". Something that i can use in my logic to stop the process. There has to be something but I'm just drooling right now looking at the 200 status/fault bits... Thanks for any advice.
