Festo CPV14-V1 Profibus Fault

Hi
I have three Festo blocks connected in my S7-400 PLC via profibus. On my network I am able to communicate with all other nodes e.g ET-200S, ASI Master. Only I am facing problem with Festo Blocks.
As soon as it gets powered the BF Led starts blinking with one second interval.
Cannot understand what could be the issue.
Earliest reply would be highly precious.
