Good day to you all,

I have been tasked at work to control MOCVD deposition apparatus by the means of an PLC from beckhoff(CX9101-0101). I have been reading thought the manuals and going step by step to program it with twincat 2. However every time I wish to boot the PLC into run mode I get an error:
Type Server
(Port) Timestamp Message
Error TcSysSrv (10000) 24.4.2015 9:57:03 48 ms Error 9811070c occured loading
the configuration of the TCPLCW32.dll server.

This means that I cannot even try the simplest program I have made for it, which just cycles one relay on and off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
