data display in on graph

Dear Experts,
I have s7-1200 siemens PLC & Proface LT 4301TM HMI. I want to display PLC data on HMI in graphical format using "Data block display graph" widget.I have tried but failed to display it. Can anybody suggest proedure to do it.
