Redlion with oldest PLC

Hello, I'm trying to connect a HMI G304 with the oldest toshiba plc's EX100, I was reading this hmi can use with this oldest plc, and I started to work on it, but I can't connect, so I contacted with the support of Red Lion and they help me with no sucessfully.

So I was wondering if anybody can help me with this issue or can tell me what another cheap hmi can connect with this oldest plc?

I would go back to the manufacturers website to see what they recommend for a HMI.

Thanks but the EX100 there is no support since 90's

It does not specifically say EX-100, but the Crimson driver list does claim to work with the "EX series" and there are some limitations and exclusions spelled out in the accompanying downloadable driver literature:

EDIT: after looking closer and a little googling, I think you might be up against the "upgrade now" wall.
