Mitsuishi communication problem

hello guys,
i have a mitsubishi PLC FX1N40MR and a HMI POD type- UG221H-LE4
they both communicating each other but i can't communicate with PLC separetly.
What can i do??
please help... :confused:
 
Heating Problem

Hi,
this problem occur by much heat at panel.
this setup set at a footwear company and on site their is much heat, so i think is this a heating problem. by that my computer can not communicate to the PLC.
Suggest me please
