Automation Direct H2-ERM100

Anybody here know anything about the H2-ERM100? I keep getting "error trying to reset ERM for download" when I try to configure it. In Net Edit using IPX it shows up in the list, along with the 2 EBCs. I updated it's firmware, but that didn't help.

I think this occurs when the Ecom and your computer are not on the same network.

Turns out it was a firewall issue.
