Hello All,
We recently picked up a Panelview plus 1000 and are try to communicate to our existing PLC. I have inputted an IP address for the unit and changed the subnet. At this point, I have been trying to use RS Linx Enterprise to set up the connection but I am having no luck. Usually, RS linx will think that the connected device with the assigned IP is a panelview plus 6, and will not recognize the device( has the yellow question mark next to it). If anyone can provide some help asap that would be great! I need this touch panel up sooner than later.
