Hello,

I have a few boards, the same, which are: 1746-OB16/D

It seems hard to find the manual online. Any help with that please.

My question.

I have connected 12v+ to the VDC and 12v- to the DC COM.

The board gives out a 12+ from OUT1 / 15. Is there any way to change it to a 12- (NEG)

Thank you

Page 24 of this manual:

shows the OB16 to be transistor output sourcing - meaning that +24 VDC is switched through the card to your device which has 0VDC (NOT -24VDC) connected to the other side of your device.

Maybe you want a sinking output card where you supply +24VDC to the device and the card switches to connect it to 0VDC thereby completing the circuit. that would be similar to 1746-OV16
