Hello all,
In FT diagnostics-> we get these 2 errors in Primary HMI1 Server when it's active
"Alarming failed to update standby for server [HMI1 server] and will disconnect" (0x8000401E)"
"Alarming failed to update standby for server [HMI1 server] and will disconnect" (0x80004005)"
after investigation we found that this causes " secondary standby server" only doesn't log alarm in HMI Tag Alarm Log viewer
when we switchover ( HMI2 to be active ), both active and standby server log alarms successfully
any help ?
