Hello,
This is my first post, excusse me for my english, I kown thas is bad.
I have a problem with a device with servomotor controller Twin Line 532 and the motor is a AC motor with Hiperface Encoder.
The problem is when we shutt down the machine and then re energizes the machine the controller indicates a error that say " position following error".
We replace the controller and the problem continues.
I think that the problem is on Hiperface that it (Hiperface) should preserve the motor data and position and it(Hiperface) inform to the controller after power up.
If someone know about Hiperface, no doubt, may be can help me.
