connecting to delta plc wia panel master hmi from com2 or com3

Hello to every one
I have a delta plc with model dvp12sa2
As you know this type of plc has 3 coms , com2 and com3 are rs485
I want to connect panel master with plc through com2 or com3 but i cant.
Is there any setting with this model of plc because with ss2 model of delta plc there is no problem and i could connect plc and panel master hmi through com2
