oscillating servo part 2

Ok, so I was told to look at and decode parameter 200 on a Fanuc PowerMate H to find out what the 414 error was actually looking at.
I did this and I found that the values in parameter 200 were 00100000.
My problem is I am not finding this mentioned in my books thus far.

Bit 5 of word 200 is OVC. Overcurrent alarm. It's in the Power Mate H Maintenance Manual, GFZ-62685EN.
