Can S5 183U test 135U PS, CPU, DI,DO?

Ive found an S5 183U rack and would like to know if it can be used to test the 135U parts such as CPU 928B, DI, DO, AI, AO ..

If ok, what set up is needed to run the rack just like a 135 U
with CPU's , DI. DO , PS,

Any help is kindly appreciated,

The 183U rack is an expansion unit and has no provision for a CPU. Therefore, with only this rack no testing is possible.
