Hello,
it is possible to print a report from HMI screen, like so if I click on a boutton it will order a printer?

If the report has a printable format then yes or if you have a print command button on the HMI.

Is the HMI dedicated hardware like a panelview or Red Lion G3 or is it a PC based HMI?

If it's PC based and the print functions are limited what I like to do is use a program called Gadwin print screen that will do a print screen function and save it as a pdf or send it to a physical printer which works in many cases.
