I have a 300 micro that has DF1 protocol. (2711-m3a18l1) I had attempted to change the protocol to DH485. Tech services told me the panelview was too old to be able to be changed, but I found that after downloading the DH485 firmware. Now the panelview will not initialize. I do not have a copy of the original 4.48 firmware to make everything right. I can buy the latest panelbuilder to get the correct firmware, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a separate source for old firmware.

The reason I am sure you have figured out is DH485 made a brick of your panelview. I have checked my rebuilder sources and a 300 is so obsoleted the AB guy said a WHAT!? really your only option and it is a good one is to move on to a new 600 or depending on what protocol try a Component 400, their price breaks are lower that a PV+
