Hello Everyone, am after some assistance thankyou.i went to a breakdown and it had comms isssues it has a winpark tpc 8 channel ( heater controller ssr out 8 channel with rs 485 communication, bps 9600 parity bit even stop bit 1 bit .connected too a delta hmi DOP-807s201, with 3 ports .
port 1 comm mode rs232. baud rate 9600,stop bits 1 data bits 8 parity bits even comm hmi station 0 plc default station 0 comm hmi station 0 connected to heater controller rs 485
port 2 comm mode rs 485. Baud rate 115200 ,stop bits 1 data bits 8 parity bits 0plc default station 2 comm hmi station 0 connected to heater controller rs 485 port 3 rs 422 to a fx0n plc ERRORS I get
com 1 station 20 read error controller no response com 2 station 2 read error controller no response
after a hour or so the faults go away and the machine runs well
Driver 1 mod rtum -ver 4.5 Driver 2 modascm -ver 3.9 Driver 3 MIfx2n -ver 3.4 would appreciate any help .Thankyou
