i have china Siemens hmi smart 1000 ie , i have software for this simatic wincc flexible china 2008 incl. SP4 , i tried to install this software in my computer but it is not getting installed.following message is coming

" language for non-unicode programs: chinese (PRC)"

please tell me the solution...
