wincc logon windows

hello dear experts.
Before installing WinCC, there was no logon window to log to Windows. After switching ON the computer windows start without any login passwords.
Now, after WinCC is installed when starting windows there is windows logon windows asking me to type password although I don't use passwords, so I need to press Enter.

what should i do to delete this logon dialog after booting windows xp?

i want to start wincc runtime immediatelly after start up windows xp without
appearing any logon screen?
